Here is a quick look at one of the chef’s favourite dishes – Pan Roasted Salmon seasoned with sea salt & cracked pepper, Vegetable oil and olive oil.

Hmmmm! You can just smell the fresh fish as it sizzles on the pan. Why not have it with a tempting side dish of sauté potatoes and Zucchini Fritti.

To accompany these delightful flavours you could also try a glass or two of Prosecco – Fine Italian Sparkling White Wine
